Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom Manufactured Goods In accordance with US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, custom-made products are exempt from standard return laws. Because your patches are unique to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Customer-approved design errors.
• Incorrect size selection by the customer.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Errors If we make a mistake (e.g., the physical product differs materially from the approved proof or arrived damaged), we will:

• Option A: Redo the order at no cost to you (Priority Production).
• Option B: Issue a full or partial refund if a remake is not possible.
• Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

3. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order for a full refund before the digital proof is created. Once a proof is designed, a $25 setup fee is non-refundable. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
