Terms of Service

1. Custom Production & Artwork Approval

• Approval is Final: For all custom patches (PVC, Embroidery, Leather), we will provide a digital proof. Once you click “Approve,” the order enters production. We are not liable for spelling, color, or design errors approved by the customer.
• Color Variance: Please note that on-screen colors (RGB) may vary slightly from physical thread or PVC colors. For exact matches, please provide Pantone (PMS) codes.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) By uploading a logo or design, you warrant that you own the legal rights to that imagery. PatchCrafters reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on a third-party trademark or copyright (e.g., professional sports logos or luxury brand icons).

3. Portfolio Rights We love showing off our work! Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display photos of your finished product in our marketing materials and social media.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatchCrafters shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays in production or shipping.
